Dalit Justice Defender Reports
We prepared a comprehensive Dalit Justice Defender Report in collaboration with the American Bar Association’s Center for Human Rights. In each country covered by this study (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh), there are legal frameworks in place to ensure that Dalits and minorities are protected from social or governmental discrimination.
